🧰 Key responsibilities

• Act as PIC on the Embraer 170, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Lead a multi-crew flight deck with strong CRM, clear communication, and decisive leadership.
• Execute precise departures and approaches typical of island operations, maintaining strict SOPs.
• Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel, and weather assessments to deliver on-time, efficient services.
• Coach and mentor First Officers, nurturing a learning culture and continuous improvement.
• Represent the flight deck with professionalism and care in all passenger and stakeholder interactions.

🌟 What you’ll bring

• Valid ATPL and a strong command of ICAO Aviation English.
• Current multi-crew jet experience; E170/E190 time or type rating is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, sound judgement, and disciplined adherence to SOPs.
• High situational awareness and operational flexibility suited to tropical, island-based flying.
• Eligibility to obtain any required work permits and ability to base in Providenciales.
