🧭 The opportunity

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations on the Legacy 500 / Praetor 600. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, champion SOPs and CRM, and deliver a seamless experience from preflight to shutdown — all while growing your expertise on one of business aviation’s most advanced midsize platforms.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Exercise PIC authority with an unwavering safety mindset and decisive leadership.
  • Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, routing, and alternates.
  • Apply robust CRM, brief effectively, and mentor the crew to maintain high standards.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and all applicable regulations and operational policies.
  • Deliver an exceptional passenger experience, balancing efficiency, comfort, and discretion.
  • Maintain aircraft and crew documentation, currency, and training records as required.
  • Represent the operation with professionalism on the ramp, with partners, and with clients.

🌟 What you bring

  • License: Valid FAA ATP.
  • Medical: Current Class 1.
  • Type Rating: EMB-550 preferred; not required — training provided.
  • Additional: Valid passport and radiotelephony license.
  • Work Authorization: Able to work without employer visa sponsorship.
  • Strong airmanship, polished CRM and communication, and a customer-first mindset.

✈️ Training and onboarding

Non-type-rated Captains are encouraged to apply. You’ll receive full EMB-550 type rating and differences training, structured onboarding, and recurrent support to keep you current and confident on type.
