🧭 Your mission
Lead safe, efficient, and on-time operations as Pilot-in-Command on the EMB-145. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck through clear communication, quick and accurate decision-making, and disciplined adherence to procedures.
- Command EMB-145 flights across the network, maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and crew to deliver a smooth operation.
- Use company-approved PEDs/EFBs for charts, performance, and reporting.
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work varying hours — days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to learn and work with PEDs.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- License: ATP (FAA).
- Medical: Class 1.
- Experience: At least 1 year Part 135 or Part 121 flight experience.
- Type rating: Not required; training provided on the EMB-145.
- Work authorization: Must have the right to work in the United States.
- Passport: Valid passport and documentation allowing for entry into the United States after an international flight.
🔐 Security and compliance
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges.
- Fulfillment of TSA criminal background checks.
- Must pass DOT drug screening.
- Valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit.
