Embraer ERJ145 Captain – Type-Rated

As PIC on the ERJ145, you will lead safe, compliant, and passenger-focused operations across Europe. You will manage all phases of flight, mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and decision-making in dynamic, irregular operations.

• Execute PIC duties across all phases of flight with strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM assessment.
• Champion safety, threat and error management, and robust CRM within a multi-crew environment.
• Deliver a calm, professional passenger experience and clear communication, even under time or operational pressure.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ATC to ensure on-time, compliant operations.
• Complete accurate, timely operational and safety reporting.

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• PIC on type: 1,000 hours on ERJ145
• Type rating: Current and valid on ERJ145 (Type-Rated)
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)

• Outstanding, up-to-date knowledge of flight regulations and operational compliance.
• Fluency in Dutch or French is a must; strong professional English on the flight deck.
• A proven, unwavering commitment to safety and customer service, including under stress.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Calm, decisive leadership with excellent CRM and communication skills.

• Passport: Valid passport enabling work and travel within Europe
• Background check: Certificate of good conduct (bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden / certificat de bonne vie et moeurs)
• Right to work: Candidates must have the right to work; visa sponsorship is not provided
