Take command of a proven STOL-capable twin: we’re seeking an experienced Captain to operate the Dornier Do 28 on a permanent contract. This is a hands-on, standards-driven role for a professional aviator who thrives on precision, teamwork, and operational variety. Type training is provided for the right EASA-licensed candidate, with non-type-rated pilots welcome to apply.
🧭 The mission
As Do 28 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient multi-engine operations across a variety of environments. You’ll plan and execute flights to the highest standards, apply strong airmanship in short-field contexts when required, and foster an open safety culture within a close-knit team.
- Command Dornier Do 28 operations under company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct robust flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management for diverse missions.
- Demonstrate precise handling and situational awareness, including short-field techniques when applicable.
- Lead effective CRM and mentoring within a professional crew environment.
- Maintain meticulous documentation, reporting, and safety practices at all times.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Licence: CPL, IR, ME (EASA only)
- Medical: Class 1
- PIC Time: 1,000+ hours
- Tailwheel: Minimum 100 hours and 300 landings
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided by the company
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available
- Commitment: Able to commit for 2 years post-training

We provide comprehensive aircraft training for successful candidates without a Do 28 type rating, including ground school and supervised line flying. In return, you’ll bring your professionalism and commit to a two-year tenure after training completion to consolidate experience and support operational continuity.
