Dornier 328 First Officer — Schiphol Home Base (NTR Welcome)

🧭 The Role

As a First Officer on the Dornier 328-100 turboprop, you will operate multi-crew, multi-engine turbine flights across Europe, executing SOPs with precision, maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards, and supporting the Captain through all flight phases. You bring a flexible team spirit, thrive in a dynamic schedule, and uphold a just culture in training and operations.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 1,500 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500 hours
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• PIC on twin-engine turbine: 500 hours
• License: EASA ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
• Team fit: Flexible team spirit
• Home base: Schiphol Airport, The Netherlands
• Eligibility: EU citizen and resident; able to complete EU PSC application

🌟 Preferred Profile

• Type rating: EASA type rated on the Dornier DO328-100 TP (preferred)
• Domain experience: Maritime Surveillance and/or ISR
• Background: Military or Air Police

⚡ Fast Track Option

DO328 type-rated First Officers with low hours might be eligible for a fast-track pathway during selection/training. Eligibility is determined during screening.

📍 Base & Operations

Your home base is Schiphol Airport (AMS), The Netherlands. Expect professional multi-engine turbine operations across Europe within a disciplined, EASA-compliant environment.

🧾 Compliance & Clearance

• Security: EU Personal Security Clearance Certificate application is part of the selection procedure
• Right to work: EU citizenship and residency are mandatory
