🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License Required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted Licenses: HKCAD
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • Additional: Valid Flight Radiotelephony Operator’s Restricted License
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to work)

🌟 What you’ll do

  • Support the Captain and First Officer across all phases of flight, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and a just culture of safety.
  • Conduct thorough preflight preparation, including weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and aircraft performance inputs.
  • Monitor systems, automation, and navigation performance; manage checklists and cross-checks with precision.
  • Assist with oceanic/long-range procedures, ETOPS considerations, and enroute contingency planning as required.
  • Champion effective communication on the flight deck and over the radio, maintaining high standards of airmanship.

Arrive as a capable pilot and launch into Airbus operations with comprehensive company training. You’ll transition onto the Airbus fleet with a structured syllabus, preparing you for safe, confident line operations and future progression opportunities within the flight deck.
