Step into a permanent First Officer role on modern, multi-crew, fixed‑wing aircraft. Fleet/aircraft assignment is determined by seniority. Non‑type‑rated pilots are welcome — comprehensive type training is provided.
✈️ The Opportunity
As a Direct Entry First Officer, you will operate multi-crew, fixed‑wing aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused operations. You will work closely with the Captain and flight operations teams to ensure on‑time performance, robust threat and error management, and uncompromising safety.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours minimum
- Fixed‑wing time: More than 1,500 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5,700 kg or more
- License required: ATPL (Accepted: ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Vaccinations: Satisfy all vaccination requirements as required by CAAS
- Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Licence conversion (if applicable): Foreign ATPL holders must undergo licence conversion, which requires a current Instrument Rating and a Proficiency Check with at least 6 months’ validity.
