Lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations as a Direct Entry Captain. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, uphold our safety culture, and collaborate closely with crew and operational teams to deliver reliable regional connectivity across the UK.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Licence: UK CAA ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Recent command: Currently or recently operated in command on a multi-crew aircraft (MTOW > 10t or 19+ passengers)
• Type rating: Not required — training provided

🎯 Desirable

• Valid ERJ 145 or ATR 42/72 type rating
