Direct Entry Captain – Multi‑Fleet Operations (Type Rating Provided)

✈️ Role overview

As a Direct Entry Captain, you’ll set the tone for operational excellence from pushback to parking. You’ll command a diverse fleet, exercise sound judgment, and foster a just‑culture environment where safety, teamwork, and on‑time performance thrive.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Lead the flight deck and make informed PIC decisions in dynamic operating conditions.
• Execute SOPs, checklists, and company policies with precision and consistency.
• Plan and monitor fuel, performance, weight and balance, and weather to ensure safe dispatch and arrival.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, cabin crew, and maintenance for mission readiness.
• Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with calm, clear leadership.
• Mentor crew members, champion CRM best practices, and contribute to a positive safety culture.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and regulatory compliance at all times.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 1250 hours minimum
• PIC Time: 250 hours minimum
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Flight Time Notes: Minimum 250 Multi‑PIC or 500 PIC on Turbine
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
• License: CPL — TCCA
• Medical: Class 1
• ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher

NTR: This is a non–type‑rated role with company training provided.

🌟 Preferred assets

• Time on Type or Similar: Considered a strong asset
• Demonstrated leadership in multi‑crew turbine operations
• Strong decision‑making, communication, and CRM skills
