Step into a permanent command role across a diverse multi‑crew jet fleet. If you bring solid command experience and a UK CAA ATPL, we’ll provide the type rating and a clear path onto medium to heavy, multi‑engine commercial jets.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Multi‑engine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- Flight time notes: 1,000 hours must be command time (factorised) on a medium to heavy commercial multi‑crew, multi‑engine Jet aircraft.
- License: ATPL
- Open to Lic. Holders: UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 5

Join as a Captain without a current type rating and progress through a comprehensive training pathway designed for experienced commanders. Expect rigorous ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line flying to ensure a confident transition onto multi‑crew, multi‑engine jets.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead safe, compliant operations on medium to heavy commercial jets within a multi‑crew environment.
- Exercise sound command decision‑making from pre‑flight planning through post‑flight review.
- Champion SOP adherence, CRM excellence, and a just culture focused on safety and performance.
- Mentor flight deck colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across the operation.

- Proven command capability with strong multi‑crew jet experience and robust airmanship.
- Comfortable adapting to various aircraft within a professional, standardised operation.
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent CRM and leadership skills.
