  • Lead safe, efficient line operations on the E170/E190, upholding SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise sound judgement and decisive command in all operating environments and conditions.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, effective CRM, and robust threat and error management.
  • Mentor and develop First Officers; foster clear, respectful communication across the flight deck and cabin.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver punctual, customer‑focused operations.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Current JCAB CPL with IR and ME privileges.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4+ and TOEIC 650+.
  • Proven experience as a jet aircraft Captain with an airline operating scheduled flights.
  • Leadership, decision‑making, and CRM strengths befitting command.
  • Willingness to complete E‑Jet type training (provided) and maintain recurrent standards.
