🧭 The Opportunity

Lead safe, efficient operations on Airbus narrow- and wide-body missions. As a Direct Entry Captain, you will set the standard for professionalism, decision-making, and crew coordination on every sector.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Total Time: 3,000+ hours
PIC Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on aircraft with MTOW > 20,000 kg
Type Rating: Current and valid on Airbus A320 or A340
Licence: Valid ATPL issued by SACAA, endorsed with applicable type rating
Medical: Class 1 (current)
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 minimum
Eligibility: Open to holders of a current SACAA licence

Additional Licence: EASA licence an advantage

Command A320/A340 operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams to deliver safe, on-time performance
Exercise sound operational judgment across varied routes and conditions
Champion a safety-first culture, proactive SMS reporting, and continuous improvement
