🧭 What you’ll do
- Command A320 family aircraft with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering effective CRM and a just culture.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Make sound, timely decisions in dynamic operational environments and varying weather conditions.
- Champion continuous improvement through briefings, debriefings, and SMS participation.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC time: 700+ hours
- Type rating: Airbus A320 type rating required
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: EASA, FAA, ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
