🧭 The mission

Lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations on the Dash 8. You will set the tone for professionalism on every sector, uphold SOPs, exercise sound judgement in dynamic environments, and mentor the flight deck team to consistently deliver smooth, on-time performance.

📋 Key responsibilities

• Execute all SOP and COM requirements as Pilot-in-Command, with unwavering commitment to safety and compliance.
• Plan and conduct flights including performance, fuel, and weather assessments, ensuring regulatory and company standards are met.
• Lead effective CRM and TEM, fostering clear communication and teamwork with flight and cabin crew.
• Deliver decisive, calm leadership during normal and non-normal operations, maintaining situational awareness at all times.
• Support a just culture by reporting, debriefing, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 3000 hours
• Type rating: Current Dash 8 type rating (required)
• Currency: Recent flying experience within the last 6–12 months
• License: ATP / ATPL
• Open to lic. holders: EASA, FAA, ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
