✈️ Senior First Officer – Airbus A320 Family
Step into a permanent flight deck role on the Airbus A320 family. If you’re an experienced multi‑engine jet pilot ready to progress on a high‑performance narrow‑body, we’ll provide your A320 type rating and the training to help you succeed. NTR candidates are welcome.
🧭 Your mission
- Operate as Senior First Officer on the A320 family, supporting the Captain to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient flights.
- Lead thorough preflight preparation: weather, NOTAMs, fuel, performance, route, and alternates.
- Manage FMS and aircraft systems, monitor flight progress, and execute SOPs with strong checklist discipline and TEM.
- Maintain excellent CRM with the Captain, flight crew, and cabin team to ensure a consistent, professional operation.
- Participate in recurrent training and checking; uphold company standards and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Contribute to the Safety Management System through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 1500 hours
- Multi‑engine: 25 hours (minimum 15 hours on actual aircraft; maximum 10 hours in SIM)
- Multi‑engine jet: 500 hours on aircraft operated by a Scheduled Operator with MTOW > 5700 kg
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- Flight time notes: Total flying experience of 1500 hours out of which minimum 500 hours on Multi Engine Jet Aircraft operated by Scheduled Operator with MTOW > 5700 kg. Min. 25 hours of Multi Engine, out of which minimum 15 hours on actual aircraft and maximum 10 hours on SIM.

- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: DGCA (India)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

- Radio: FRTO and RTR
- Safety record: Accident & incident‑free at the time of application
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided

- A320 Type Rating: Provided for eligible candidates, followed by structured line training and mentorship.
