Step into the left seat of a world-class tri-jet. As our Falcon 7X/8X Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations with precision, professionalism, and a calm command presence—on every leg, in every phase of flight.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain the Dassault Falcon 7X/8X with uncompromising safety, professionalism, and sound judgment from preflight to shutdown.
- Lead flight planning, performance, W&B, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM analysis, and risk assessments using company SOPs and CRM best practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations and company procedures, maintaining readiness to respond rapidly and calmly to abnormal and emergency situations.
- Coordinate closely with crew, stakeholders, and service providers to deliver a seamless passenger experience and on-time operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in digital platforms (e.g., Veryon/Flightdocs) and uphold aircraft/operational security standards, including TSA badging protocols.
- Champion continuous improvement through recurrent training, checklist discipline, and thoughtful post-flight debriefs.
📈 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
- Jet: 1,000 hours
- Type rating: Required
- Flight time notes: Aircraft type ratings in appropriate aircraft; Falcon DA-Easy, DA-7X and/or GVII type ratings preferred
🌟 What you bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: ATP (FAA) and First Class Medical; valid Driver’s License; able to pass TSA checks to obtain an airport security badge.
- Type/Training: Aircraft-specific training as required; Falcon EASy/7X and/or GVII experience preferred.
- Technical: Proficient with EFBs and Microsoft Office; able to use ForeFlight, Veryon (Flightdocs), Nimbl, and ARINC.
- Operational excellence: Exceptional attention to detail; able to work in a constant state of alertness, concentrate for long periods, and operate safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Decision-making: Analytical, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; makes sound independent decisions daily and knows when to escalate.
- Process & organization: Proven process management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication & relationships: Excellent verbal and written skills; collaborates effectively across all levels and communicates confidently with management, customers, professionals, and government officials.
- Professional integrity: Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates reliability in attendance and work performance.
