🧭 The opportunity
As a Line Training Captain and TRI on the Dash 8 Q400, you will lead from the front—mentoring, training, and developing pilots on the line and in the simulator. You’ll help shape procedures, uplift standards, and ensure our expanding Q400 operation across Europe runs safely, smoothly, and professionally.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Conduct line training, checking, and recurrent training activities in accordance with EASA Air OPS and Part‑FCL, as authorized.
- Coach, mentor, and assess flight crew—providing clear, actionable feedback that builds confidence and competence.
- Champion standard operating procedures, safety reporting, and just culture on every sector.
- Support syllabus development, training records, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Flight Operations, Training, and Safety to drive best practice across the Dash 8-400 fleet.
- Lead by example as Pilot-in-Command, setting the tone for professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Type rating: Dash 8 Q400 required
- Recent experience: Recent line or simulator training experience
- License: ATPL and TRI (open to EASA licence holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4
Note: This is a type‑rated position. Applications without a current Dash 8 Q400 rating cannot be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available.
