As we continue to expand our Dash 8-400 operations across Europe, we’re looking for experienced TRIs and Line Training Captains who share our values and want to play a key role in shaping the next generation of professional pilots.
🧭 The opportunity
As a Dash 8 Q400 Line Training Captain, you will deliver line training and operational mentoring while safeguarding standardisation and compliance with EASA Air OPS and Part-FCL. You will help embed a safety-first culture and elevate pilot performance across our growing network.
- Deliver LIFUS, route checks and recurrent line training to company standards.
- Coach First Officers and Captains, reinforcing CRM, TEM and evidence-based decision-making.
- Champion SOP standardisation, briefings, and best-practice techniques for the Q400.
- Support simulator preparation/training as required and ensure accurate training records.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager and Standards team on syllabus and procedure enhancements.
- Lead by example with professionalism, integrity and calm, decisive leadership.

- Deep understanding of EASA Air OPS and Part-FCL.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Type rating: Dash 8 Q400 — required
- Currency: Recent line or simulator training experience
- Licence required: EASA ATPL, TRI
- Open to licence holders: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4+
