🧭 Your Mission
Lead safe, efficient regional operations as PIC, championing SOP excellence, decisive airmanship, and an outstanding passenger experience.
- Operate the Dash 8 Q-Series as Captain to the highest safety and service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the crew while promoting strong CRM and a just culture.
- Plan and execute each sector with precision: performance, fuel, MEL/CDL, and operational decisions aligned with ICAO, IATA, and EASA standards.
- Uphold company SOPs and regulatory compliance across all phases of flight.
- Communicate professionally with OCC, ATC, and customers, especially during irregular operations.
🧰 What You Bring
- Total Time: 3,000+ hours
- Type Rating: Current Dash 8 Q-Series type rating required
- Recent Flight Time: Recency within the last 6–12 months
- Licences: ATP / ATPL (EASA, FAA, or ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of ICAO, IATA, and EASA standards and practices
Open to EASA, FAA, and ICAO licence holders. Assistance with immigration is available via provided visa sponsorship; licence validation/conversion may be required per operating authority.
