🧭 The mission

As an A320 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations across our network, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and customer care.

• Exercise command with sound judgment, CRM leadership, and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Plan and execute flights with meticulous preflight preparation, fuel and performance calculations, and threat/error management.
• Operate the A320 with strong systems knowledge and FMS proficiency, ensuring stable approaches and on‑time performance.
• Coach and mentor flight deck colleagues, fostering a just culture and continuous improvement.
• Capture clear, timely technical reports and safety observations to support data‑driven decision making.

🧰 What you'll bring

• Proficiency in aircraft systems and modern avionics; confident with Microsoft Office for briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of crisp technical report writing and delivering effective presentations.
• Professionalism under pressure, with disciplined checklist use and a proactive safety mindset.

🌟 Preferred profile

• Previous time on the Airbus A320 family is preferred.
• Background in a low‑cost/ULCC operation is highly desirable.

📏 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 4,000 hours.
• Type rating: Not required — training provided.
• License: ATPL (ICAO).
• Medical: Class 1.
• English: ELP Level 4 or higher.

🧪 Assessments & compliance

You must successfully complete the airline's technical and psychometric assessments in line with company policy and the applicable civil aviation authority standards.
