Dash 8 Q‑Series First Officer — Type Rating Provided (Permanent)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the Dash 8 Q‑Series in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and a strong safety culture.
• Execute all phases of flight with emphasis on crew resource management (CRM), threat and error management, and clear communication.
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and checklist discipline for varied weather and terrain, including mountainous environments.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain, Dispatch, and Maintenance to deliver reliable, on‑time operations.
• Champion a just‑culture mindset: report hazards, contribute to continuous improvement, and support a safe, respectful workplace.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 1,000 hours
• Multi‑Engine: 500 hours
• Licences: TCCA IATRA, ME, IR
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Preferred experience

• British Columbia operations and mountain flying experience.
