🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Dash 8 Q‑Series in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and a strong safety culture.
- Execute all phases of flight with emphasis on crew resource management (CRM), threat and error management, and clear communication.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and checklist discipline for varied weather and terrain, including mountainous environments.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain, Dispatch, and Maintenance to deliver reliable, on‑time operations.
- Champion a just‑culture mindset: report hazards, contribute to continuous improvement, and support a safe, respectful workplace.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,000 hours
- Multi‑Engine: 500 hours
- Licences: TCCA IATRA, ME, IR
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
