As a Dash 8 Q‑Series First Officer, you’ll operate a proven regional turboprop known for performance and reliability. You’ll work within a high-standard, safety-first culture, flying multi-crew operations, honing your airmanship, and progressing your career with structured training and mentorship.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Captain with meticulous preflight planning, performance calculations, and decision-making.
• Deliver smooth, efficient operations with strong CRM, communication, and situational awareness.
• Champion safety through disciplined checklist use, threat and error management, and proactive reporting.
• Engage in recurrent training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🌟 What You Bring

• Total Time: 1,000+ hours total flight time
• Licence: Valid TCCA licence with IATRA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required — Dash 8 Q‑Series training provided
• Vaccination: COVID‑19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
• Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

Note: Pilots who do not meet the minimum flight time may be considered based on overall experience and other factors.
