🧰 What You’ll Do
- Execute pre-flight planning, performance, and threat/error management in line with company SOPs.
- Operate the 737NG with precision across all phases of flight, ensuring procedural and regulatory compliance.
- Apply robust CRM, communicating clearly with the Captain, crew, and operations.
- Monitor flight progress, fuel, and systems, proactively managing changes and contingencies.
- Complete accurate post-flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Minimum Requirements
- Type-Rated: Current Boeing 737NG rating
- In type: 500 hours (minimum)
- License Required: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 5
- Accepted Licences: UK CAA only
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to work without sponsorship)
