🧭 The opportunity
As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will operate short- and medium-haul sectors with unwavering attention to safety, procedural discipline, and exemplary crew resource management. Working closely with the Captain, you will support all phases of flight, uphold company SOPs, and deliver a smooth, on-time operation for our customers.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Lead thorough preflight preparation, including weather and NOTAM review, performance calculations, and detailed briefings.
- Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures to the highest standard of compliance and airmanship.
- Manage FMS programming, automation, and manual flying as operationally required.
- Apply proactive threat and error management to maintain situational awareness.
- Communicate clearly with ATC, cabin crew, and ground teams to ensure safe, efficient turnarounds.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
🌟 What you bring
- Current and valid B737NG type rating with a minimum of 500 hours on type.
- Frozen ATPL with IR and ME issued by the UK CAA.
- Valid Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
- Strong CRM, decision-making, and workload management skills.
- Uncompromising commitment to safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
