🧭 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 250 hours (minimum)
• Type rating: Current Dash 8 Q‑Series type rating required
• Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher

🧰 What you’ll do

• Execute safe, efficient Dash 8 operations from pre‑flight planning to post‑flight debrief, adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, demonstrating strong CRM and clear communication.
• Manage dynamic regional conditions, including short sectors, changing weather, and performance‑limited environments.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, and actively engage in recurrent training and continuous improvement.
