🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command Dash 8 Q‑Series operations with a safety‑first mindset and exemplary airmanship.
  • Lead the flight deck, fostering effective CRM and clear communication with cabin and ground teams.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance and fuel management, and make timely, risk‑aware decisions.
  • Execute SOPs, manage adverse weather and operational challenges, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor flight crew and contribute to a positive, professional safety culture.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000+ hours
  • PIC Time: Minimum 500 hours as Pilot in Command on CAT operations
  • Licence: Valid EASA ATPL
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4+
  • Passport: Valid passport
  • Type Rating: Not required — Dash 8 training provided
