🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you’ll take the left seat on the Dash 8 Q‑Series, delivering operational excellence from pushback to shutdown while nurturing a safety‑first, customer‑centric culture.

  • Command every phase of flight in line with company SOPs and ICAO/IATA/EASA requirements.
  • Make clear, timely decisions across diverse weather and regional environments typical of turboprop operations.
  • Lead by example in crew resource management, mentoring First Officers and fostering a high‑trust, high‑performance team.
  • Safeguard safety, schedule integrity, and an outstanding passenger experience on every sector.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, ground operations, and maintenance to ensure smooth turnarounds and on‑time performance.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 3,000+ hours
  • Type rating: Current and valid Dash 8 Q‑Series type rating (required)
  • Recency: Recent flying experience within the last 6–12 months
  • License: ATP or ATPL
  • License holders accepted: EASA, FAA, or ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ELP Level 4 (ICAO) or higher
  • Regulatory knowledge: Solid, practical understanding of ICAO, IATA, and EASA standards and practices

Candidates must meet all minimums at time of application.
