🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you will command Dash 8 Q‑Series operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and crew leadership. You’ll execute flights in dynamic environments, uphold SOPs and CRM, and ensure on‑time, professional service.

• Serve as PIC conducting Dash 8 Q‑Series flight operations.
• Perform aircraft piloting duties for up to 10 hours per day in accordance with company and regulatory limits.
• Lead and mentor flight crew; champion checklist discipline and SMS practices.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
• Operate in a variety of environments and airspace with precision and sound decision‑making.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• PIC Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi‑Engine PIC: 500 hours
• License: ATP — FAA only
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)
• Education: High School Diploma
• Passport: Current, with at least 6 months validity at all times during employment
• Security Clearance: Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Multi‑Engine Turbine: 1,200 hours
• Prior experience in multi‑engine turbine operations and high‑tempo environments.

✈️ Operating Environment

• Be prepared to work outdoors and be exposed to a wide range of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and adverse weather.
• Maintain professional standards while balancing operational tempo and crew wellbeing.

🛡️ Compliance & Readiness

• Adhere to all company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety management processes.
• Maintain eligibility for and compliance with U.S. Secret security clearance standards.
• Comply with vaccination policies where permitted by applicable law.
