🧭 Your mission

Operate the Dash 8 to the highest standards, executing duties as Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring in line with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance, fuel, and weight-and-balance calculations.
  • Apply robust CRM and Threat & Error Management principles on every sector.
  • Manage checklists, briefings, and aircraft systems; monitor automation and FMS programming.
  • Maintain clear, concise communication with ATC and ground teams to ensure safe and timely operations.
  • Support the Captain in operational decision-making and escalate any safety concerns without hesitation.
  • Uphold security procedures and compliance for Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods handling.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • PIC time: 1,000 hours (any type)
  • In type (Dash 8): 500 hours
  • Type rating: Dash 8 — required and current
  • License Required: CPL, IR, ME issued by KCAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: Minimum Level 4
  • Additional training: Current CRM, Aviation Security, and Dangerous Goods courses
