🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Dash 8 Co‑Pilot on tactical ISR missions in austere and dynamic environments.
  • Execute safe, compliant flight operations in accordance with FAA, company, and customer procedures.
  • Support mission planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct thorough preflight and postflight duties and assist with on‑scene aircraft care.
  • Practice strong Crew Resource Management and maintain high situational awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with mission crews, maintenance, and operations to achieve mission objectives.
  • Keep accurate operational, regulatory, and aircraft records.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 800 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours (PIC)
  • Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 2
  • Endorsements: High Performance and High‑Altitude
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • Education: High school diploma
  • Security Clearance: DoD Secret (TS/SCI preferred)
  • Travel: Ability to be away from home approximately 65 days per rotation; longer if needed
  • Passport: Valid passport
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a close‑knit crew
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in close proximity to others, in enclosed hangars, and in exterior weather conditions
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • 100 hours multi‑engine land (MEL)

📅 Schedule & Travel

Expect rotational deployments requiring travel away from your home location for approximately 65 days at a time, based on customer needs. Flexibility to extend when required is essential. No relocation is necessary for this role.
