🧭 Your mission

• Command Dash 8 operations with uncompromising adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Exercise sound judgment in dynamic weather and operational environments to ensure safe, on-time performance.
• Lead effective CRM, mentor First Officers, and foster a just culture within the flight deck.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Ground Ops to deliver a consistent, customer-first experience.
• Champion SMS reporting, continuous improvement, and a proactive safety mindset.

🧰 What you bring

• Minimum flight time: Total: 4000 hrs | PIC: 2500 hrs | Multi-engine PIC: 2000 hrs
• License: ATPL (TCCA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Currency: If previously held, a Dash 8 PPC not expired by more than 24 months
• Type rating: Not required; NTR candidates welcome (Dash 8 training provided)
• Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
• Safety: Demonstrated commitment to safety culture; successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
• Preferred: British Columbia flying experience is a great asset
• Health & compliance: Covid-19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
