Take command of safe, efficient, multi-crew operations on the Dash 8. Join as a Direct Entry Captain with full type training provided (no current type rating required). This permanent role is ideal for proven leaders who thrive in complex IFR environments and uphold the highest professional standards.
🧭 Your mission
- Command Dash 8 operations in multi-crew, IFR environments while upholding SOPs and regulatory compliance.
- Exercise sound decision-making, threat and error management, and leadership from preflight to shutdown.
- Mentor First Officers and contribute to a just culture rooted in safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver a punctual, passenger-focused operation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command Time: 500 hours
- Relevant Experience: 1,000 hours in multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR, and/or turbine operations within 702/703/704/705 categories
- License: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided

- Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
- Valid passport.
- No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
- Ability to travel to and from the United States without restrictions.
