✈️ The Opportunity
As a Dash 8-300 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations supporting passenger charters, cargo transport, and tailored aviation solutions for industrial and other clients across Northern Canada. You’ll join a team that values professionalism, reliability, and a safety-first culture.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Dash 8-300 flights throughout Northern Canada.
- Remain current with all flight information including weather and NOTAMs; verify Type A flight plans for accuracy.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and complete all post-flight duties and documentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on passenger charters, cargo missions, and bespoke operations.
- Champion a strong safety culture and drive operational efficiency at every stage of flight.
🧰 What you bring
- Minimum 4,000 hours total time.
- Minimum 2,500 hours Pilot-in-Command time.
- Minimum 2,000 hours MPIC.
- Valid Dash 8 PPC that has not been expired for more than 24 months.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven commitment to an uncompromising safety culture.
- British Columbia flying experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
