Join Air Wisconsin on the flight deck of the CRJ series and help deliver safe, reliable regional service while advancing your airline career. With training provided on type, this is an ideal opportunity for ATP or R-ATP qualified pilots ready to step into 121 operations.
🧭 The opportunity
As a First Officer on the CRJ series, you will operate regional jet flights in partnership with the Captain, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care. You’ll apply strong airmanship, sound judgment, and disciplined CRM to deliver smooth, on-time operations across Air Wisconsin’s network.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Execute all phases of flight in compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and ATC clearances.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Perform standard callouts, checklists, and procedures using exemplary CRM.
- Coordinate with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Ground teams to support safe, efficient turnarounds.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with precision and composure.
- Represent the airline with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- ATP/R-ATP: Must hold an ATP or be qualified to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP in accordance with 14 CFR 61.159 and 61.160.
- Accepted Licenses: FAA.
- Medical: Current FAA First-Class Medical (Class 1).
- FCC Radio License: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (FCC Radio License).
- Passport & travel eligibility: Valid civilian passport and authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Air Wisconsin.
- Driver’s license: Valid United States driver’s license.
- Type rating: Not required; training provided on the CRJ series.
🧠 Preferred qualifications
- ATP-CTP course completed.
- Current ATP certificate.
- Previous Part 121 airline experience.
📚 Training and fleet
You’ll receive comprehensive company training on the CRJ series with a focus on SOP mastery, systems knowledge, and line-readiness. Expect a supportive training environment designed to transition ATP/R-ATP qualified pilots into successful CRJ First Officers.
