🧭 The Role
As a First Officer, you will operate the CRJ Series in a multi-crew environment, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll work closely with the Captain and flight operations teams to ensure every sector meets the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.
- Execute all First Officer duties from preflight planning through shutdown in accordance with SOPs.
- Apply sound CRM and threat & error management in all phases of flight.
- Monitor aircraft systems, performance, and fuel planning; support the Captain in decision-making.
- Uphold safety, compliance, and professionalism while representing the flight deck.
- Participate in recurrent training and continuous improvement initiatives.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 250 hours
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- License: CPL + IR + ME
- Open to licence holders: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
Candidates must have the unrestricted right to live and work where the role is based, as visa sponsorship is not available.
