Ocean Aviation Services Limited operates several Challenger 350/3500 aircraft based in Saint John, supporting the corporate travel needs of Ocean Capital Holdings and its diverse businesses in broadcasting, real estate, construction, and service. We welcome experienced corporate-jet professionals who bring a strong service mindset and collaborative outlook—including pilots returning to Atlantic Canada or considering Saint John as a new home. The organization is investing in team strength, career development, and succession planning.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Ensure passenger safety while conducting corporate aircraft flight operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete all annually required ground and flight simulator training.
  • Handle pre- and post-flight requirements: flight planning, performance and weather analysis, load control, fuel coordination, catering and cabin service, and aircraft grooming.
  • Work closely with fellow pilots and flight-department personnel to deliver seamless, customer-focused service.
  • Manage trip documentation and regulatory compliance for national and international operations.
  • Complete administrative duties assigned by the Chief Pilot and take on additional duties as required.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
  • Minimum 4,000 hours total time and 1,000 hours multi-engine turbine PIC time.
  • Valid Canadian passport.
  • Reside in Saint John, New Brunswick or the surrounding area.
  • Schedule flexibility with the ability to adapt to frequent changes driven by weather or business requirements.
  • Customer-service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and poise under pressure.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or an Aviation Flight College Diploma.
  • Assets: Corporate jet time and international flight-operations experience.
