✈️ About the role

You’ll serve as the Captain across multiple corporate jet types, setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and service. You’ll plan and execute trips end‑to‑end, guide your crew with clarity, coordinate closely with scheduling and maintenance, and ensure every flight aligns with company standards and aviation best practices.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC on at least two type‑rated corporate jet aircraft, ensuring safe and compliant operations on every leg.
  • Lead thorough preflight planning, performance and weight/balance calculations, weather and NOTAM review, and fuel strategy.
  • Model disciplined decision‑making, strong crew coordination, and clear, calm communication with passengers and stakeholders.
  • Uphold rigorous safety standards, SOPs, and risk management practices throughout each phase of flight.
  • Maintain aircraft and pilot readiness: currency, training, documentation, and meticulous record‑keeping.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and leadership to optimize schedules and aircraft availability.
  • Support cost‑conscious operations with a practical understanding of flight department budgeting.
  • Deliver a polished cabin experience with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • An associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, crew‑oriented mindset.
  • Qualification and confidence to serve as Captain on two aircraft types.
  • Polished organizational skills and a methodical approach to planning and execution.
  • General business familiarity with department budgets and cost drivers.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
  • Jet Time: 2,000 hours
  • Type Ratings: Required; type‑rated in at least two corporate jet aircraft
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a professional jet pilot with a demonstrated record of adherence to aviation safety and flight standards
