We are hiring two experienced Captains to fly our Gulfstream G200 in support of executive travel. In this W‑2 role, you will lead safe, efficient, and professional operations while representing our corporate flight department with poise and discretion.

🧭 The Mission

As G200 Captain, you will command executive missions domestically and internationally, ensuring operational excellence from preflight planning through postflight debrief. You’ll model strong CRM, elevate the passenger experience, and uphold a just culture of safety and compliance.

🧰 What You’ll Do

Serve as Pilot in Command of the Gulfstream G200 for executive flight operations.
Execute thorough flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and risk assessments.
Lead a two-crew environment with exemplary CRM and clear crew coordination.
Ensure full regulatory compliance and meticulous aircraft/record keeping.
Deliver a discreet, concierge-level experience for executive passengers.
Collaborate with maintenance, scheduling, and vendor partners to keep operations on-time and on-standard.

📏 Minimum Qualifications

License: ATP (FAA)
Medical: Class 1
Total Time: 3,000 hours
Turbine PIC: 500 hours
Type Rating: Not required — G200 training provided (NTR)

Gulfstream G200 type rating preferred, or demonstrated experience in a comparable mid‑to‑large cabin jet.

🎯 Preferred Experience

G200 type rating or time in similar mid‑/large‑cabin business jets.
Background in single‑pilot or two‑pilot corporate flight department environments.
Interest in long‑term airline career transition (737/767/777).
