Corporate Jet Captain (Gulfstream G150 & Global 5000) – San Antonio, TX

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as Captain, ensuring the safe, prudent conduct of flights and the protection of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
• Review aircraft maintenance status and determine airworthiness prior to dispatch.
• Complete thorough pre-flight inspections per the approved AFM.
• Plan routes and alternates; evaluate weather, NOTAMs, and facilities along the route and at destination/alternate airports.
• Maintain strict compliance with Solairus policies, procedures, and applicable FARs.
• Uphold exceptional service standards while meeting clients’ travel needs with discretion and integrity.
• Accurately complete all trip documentation and operational paperwork.
• Participate in a culture that emphasizes teamwork, excellence, safety, service, and integrity.

🧰 What you bring

• Total time: 3,000 hours
• PIC time: 1,500 hours
• MEL time: 1,500 hours (including 500 hours MEL PIC)
• Turbojet time: 500 hours
• Instrument time: 250 hours
• Current type rating(s) in the Gulfstream G150 and Global 5000, or in a comparable aircraft.
• Valid First-Class Medical.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis; flexibility to support dynamic schedules.
• Annual completion of ICAO International Procedures training.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KSAT or willingness to relocate.
