Corporate Jet Captain – Bradley International (BDL), CT

Deliver best-in-class corporate air transportation while coordinating seamlessly with passengers, crewmembers, flight scheduling, and maintenance. Execute each trip with sound judgment, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to exceptional passenger care.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on assigned flights, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of every operation.
• Coordinate closely with passengers, fellow crew, flight scheduling, and maintenance to deliver dependable, flexible service.
• Validate trip details before departure; complete all flight-planning requirements including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and fuel.
• Operate aircraft in accordance with company SOPs, limitations, and all applicable regulations.
• Provide outstanding passenger service and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Participate actively in the Safety Management System (SMS) and department continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain currency, proficiency, and training standards in assigned aircraft; complete required checks and recurrent training.
• Carry out duties as delegated by the Chief Pilot or Assistant Chief Pilot.

🧰 What you’ll bring (minimum qualifications)

• Flight time: 3,000+ total hours, including 2,000+ hours as PIC.
• Certification: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate, fixed-wing Multi-Engine; First-Class Medical. ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted) accepted.
• Experience: 7+ years in corporate aviation, charter/Part 121, or military VIP operations.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Residence: Live within 1.5 hours of Windsor Locks, CT (BDL).
• Work authorization: Eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Schedule: Able to work a non-standard schedule, including nights, weekends, and standby days as driven by the flight schedule.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

• Dassault Falcon 2000LXS and/or Falcon 8X experience.
• International and oceanic operating experience.
• Experience within a corporate flight department.
• Bachelor’s degree.
