PLYSA is hiring four skilled coordination pilots to support Caravan 208B missions based in Valencia. If you hold an EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A), have strong PIC experience, and are keen to work on coordination and surveillance operations (including firefighting support), this is your chance to step into a meaningful, mission-driven role.
✈️ Role snapshot
As a Coordination Pilot, you will operate the Caravan 208B on mission profiles that support aerial coordination and surveillance, including activities aligned with firefighting coordination and fire-surveillance operations. You’ll combine solid airmanship with crisp communication and situational awareness to help keep complex operations safe and effective.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as coordination pilot on the Cessna 208B for mission-focused flights.
- Execute surveillance/coordination profiles and maintain clear, timely radio comms on ATC and operational frequencies.
- Support deconfliction and tasking with air and ground assets during coordination and fire-surveillance missions.
- Plan, brief, and adapt mission routes and altitudes to evolving operational needs and weather.
- Operate the turboprop safely in varied terrain and environmental conditions.
- Maintain accurate mission logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
🧰 What you’ll bring (Required)
- EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A).
- 500+ hours PIC.
- 800+ total hours (some flexibility on total time).
🌟 Preferred experience
- Firefighting, fire coordination, or fire-surveillance operations.
- Turboprop experience (Caravan or similar).
- English language proficiency ICAO Level 4+ or higher.
