As a Citation XLS First Officer, you will serve as SIC on business aviation flights, partnering closely with the Captain to deliver a refined passenger experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and airmanship.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Execute safe, compliant flight operations in accordance with Solairus policies, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, and the Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Review aircraft maintenance status and documentation prior to release.
  • Complete thorough pre-flight inspections and coordinate all aspects of trip preparation.
  • Analyze weather, NOTAMs, runway and airport facilities, including suitable alternates.
  • Uphold passenger, crew, and aircraft safety through disciplined procedures and sound judgment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements on every leg.
  • Accurately complete all trip paperwork and reports in line with current procedures.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Minimum flight experience:
    • 1,000 hours total time
    • 500 hours PIC
    • 500 hours MEL
    • 100 hours MEL PIC
    • 100 hours turbojet
    • 75 hours instrument
  • Type rating: Citation XLS or comparable aircraft.
  • Medical: Current FAA First Class Medical.
  • Training: Ability to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually.
  • Availability: Able to support operations on an on-call basis.
  • Location: Maintain a primary residence within two hours of KMMU or be willing to relocate.
  • Professional attributes: Strong decision-making, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-service mindset.
