Lead every mission with precision, professionalism, and passenger care. As PIC, you’ll command the Citation XLS and deliver a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for every flyADVANCED Owner and guest.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the Citation XLS across all phases of flight.
- Operate the aircraft in full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere rigorously to the flyADVANCED Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and OEM checklists.
- Conduct comprehensive preflight planning and passenger briefings, including weather, routing, and safety information.
- Deliver a professional, welcoming experience for Owners and passengers on every leg.
- Brief the Second-in-Command on flight details and emergency procedures prior to departure.
- Prioritize safety, efficiency, and on-time performance in all operational decisions.
- Maintain continuous situational awareness and exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions.
- Communicate maintenance discrepancies or abnormalities to Maintenance Control promptly.
- Complete all required operational and maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
- Remain current and proficient on aircraft systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
🧰 What you bring
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- CE-560XL (Citation XLS) PIC type rating.
- Previous experience operating the Citation XLS.
- FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
- Valid U.S. passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Ability to obtain required airport authority and TSA clearances.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
