🛫 What you’ll do
- Partner with the Captain to operate the Citation X safely and efficiently across domestic and international routes.
- Prepare flight plans, performance data, and weather/NOTAM briefs; manage FMS and avionics to SOP.
- Uphold disciplined CRM, checklist usage, and threat/error management.
- Deliver a polished client experience while protecting safety, confidentiality, and schedule integrity.
- Support training, technical updates, and continuous improvement within the flight department.

- Structured induction, SOP immersion, and line training with experienced mentors.
- Ongoing recurrent training and proficiency checks to maintain peak performance.
