The Captain – Citation Mustang serves as Pilot‑in‑Command for all operations involving the Cessna Citation Mustang within a private jet operator’s fleet. This role supports both aircraft owner flying and on‑demand private charter, requiring exceptional airmanship, customer service, and operational discipline. You will uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism while representing the company’s brand and values with every departure.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)

🧭 The mission

As the PIC on the Citation Mustang, you’ll lead safe, efficient single‑pilot or two‑crew operations as required, navigating dynamic schedules and short‑notice missions with calm, decisive leadership. You’ll pair precise operational execution with discreet, anticipatory service for private owners and UHNWI clients, safeguarding confidentiality while delivering a seamless journey end‑to‑end.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot‑in‑Command of the Cessna Citation Mustang for owner and charter missions.
  • Plan and execute flights to the highest standards: performance, W&B, fuel, routing, NOTAMs, and weather.
  • Operate within company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and a proactive SMS culture, including thorough risk assessment and robust decision‑making.
  • Deliver exceptional client care with discretion, clear communication, and professional presence throughout the journey.
  • Coordinate pre‑/post‑flight activities with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers; ensure logs, defects, and documentation are accurately maintained.
  • Champion on‑time performance, aircraft cleanliness/readiness, and continuous improvement across operations.

🧮 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC time: 750 hours
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Flight time notes: Experience flying for private owners or UHNWI clients
  • License required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
