Citation Mustang Captain (C510) – Private & Charter

✈️ About the role

The Captain – Citation Mustang serves as the Pilot-in-Command across a private jet operator’s C510 operations. You’ll champion safe, efficient, and professional flights while delivering an exemplary passenger experience for private owners and charter guests. This is a hands-on leadership role that pairs meticulous flight planning and compliance with gracious, owner-focused service.

🧭 Key responsibilities

• Exercise full PIC authority and ensure safe operation in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
• Plan each mission end-to-end: weather analysis, performance calculations, fuel planning, runway/route selection, and alternates.
• Deliver a polished, welcoming presence for passengers; tailor service discreetly to owner preferences and schedules.
• Provide a premium charter experience focused on comfort, safety, and seamless communication.
• Maintain strict adherence to EASA/FAA/San Marino regulations, company SOPs, and the Safety Management System.
• Monitor aircraft condition, coordinate with maintenance providers, and ensure accurate technical-log and operational entries.
• Lead effective CRM and foster a collaborative, safety-first cockpit culture.
• Complete post-flight documentation, safety reports, and operational feedback promptly and accurately.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time and 750 hours command time.
• Proven owner-focused flying experience with private owners or UHNWI clients.
• Familiarity with on-demand charter operations, dynamic schedules, and short-notice missions.
• Comfort operating within a proactive SMS and structured safety environment.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Strong CRM mindset with disciplined adherence to procedures and checklists.
