Command the Citation M2/CJ series on premium business aviation missions across Europe. We’re seeking an experienced, EASA-licensed, type-rated Captain with a strong safety mindset, polished customer focus, and fluency in German and English.
🧭 Role overview
As Captain on the Citation M2/CJ series, you will lead safe, efficient IFR/ME operations, from meticulous planning through smooth execution and first-class passenger care. You uphold exemplary airmanship, CRM, and EASA regulatory compliance while representing the operator with professionalism and discretion.
- Plan and conduct flights under EASA regulations, ensuring safety, punctuality, and operational excellence.
- Exercise command authority, mentor crew, and foster effective CRM and TEM.
- Manage performance calculations, fuel planning, and weight & balance; monitor navigation and aircraft systems.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground services; complete required flight and safety documentation.
- Deliver polished, discreet VIP service aligned with corporate and charter expectations.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,500+ hours
- Type rating: Current, valid Citation M2/CJ series type rating (required)
- License: CPL + IR + ME — EASA holders
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Languages: English and German
🌟 Additional requirements
- Fluency in German; professional English communication.
- Clean accident/incident record.
- Positive psychological assessment.
- Reliability in accordance with Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act.
- Valid passport without restrictions; second passport an advantage.
- Class B driver’s license.
- Current background check and ongoing screening eligibility.
🌟 Preferred
- Additional C560XLS type rating.
- Proven VIP/charter experience with strong customer service standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, sound decision-making, and effective threat & error management.
