As Captain on our Citation M2/CJ‑series fleet, you will lead safe, efficient, and customer‑centric operations across a variety of missions. You’ll pair precise stick‑and‑rudder skills with thoughtful service, representing our brand with reliability, discretion, and calm in a fast‑moving, on‑demand environment.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Captain under Part 135, ensuring safe, compliant operations from preflight to shutdown.
- Conduct thorough flight planning, including weather, performance, weight and balance, and fuel strategy.
- Deliver a polished, hospitality‑minded passenger experience while safeguarding privacy and confidentiality.
- Apply disciplined CRM, SOPs, and checklist usage in a dynamic on‑demand setting.
- Coordinate closely with dispatch and maintenance; maintain accurate flight and aircraft records.
- Embrace continuous improvement through training, checking, and proactive safety reporting.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Total time: 2,500 hours minimum
- Type rating: Citation M2/CJ‑series type rating required
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Documents: Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport
- Screening: Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check
- Commute: Residence within a 2‑hour commute
- Work authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided
