🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Jet: 100 hours
  • Type Rating: Citation Latitude (required)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of aviation experience
  • Certificates: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Availability: Able to travel worldwide extensively without restrictions
  • Other: Valid driver’s license

  • Operate the Citation Latitude as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and a safety-first mindset.
  • Support comprehensive preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, alternates, and route analysis.
  • Execute precise, professional flight operations across domestic and international environments.
  • Deliver exceptional passenger care and represent the brand with discretion and professionalism.
  • Practice strong CRM, threat and error management, and participate in the company SMS and safety initiatives.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through required training, checks, and recurrent events.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling to ensure on-time, well-executed trips.
  • Complete accurate logs, reports, and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Adapt to dynamic schedules and trip changes while upholding service and safety standards.
