🧭 Your Mission
- Command the Citation Latitude with uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Plan and execute flights to the highest standard: performance, fuel, weather, alternates, and risk management.
- Deliver a refined, discreet service to a discerning clientele while safeguarding the brand experience.
- Lead the flight deck with clear CRM, decisive leadership, and calm, professional communication.
- Uphold SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all phases of flight.
- Foster continuous improvement through feedback, mentoring, and proactive standards stewardship.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- License: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Cessna Citation Latitude (C68A) — type-rated required; currency on type appreciated
- PIC Time: 500 hours minimum
- IFR Time: 500 hours minimum
- Endorsements: PBN endorsed
- Language: Fluent French; ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Screening: Clean criminal background check and clean drug test
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, client-centric mindset, and strong commercial awareness.
🌟 Preferred
- TRI qualification on type appreciated
- Current and valid C68A type rating highly valued
- Recent experience in business/VIP operations
